Train with a professional basketball player in a private lesson, or as a group or team. Each session is customized to the athlete and/or group. Our trainer will work towards universal goals as a group, while also taking the time to focus on each player's needs and challenges. INDIVIDUAL
TRAINING

Individual elite shooting workout session includes a custom workout plan that focuses on progressive shooting drills that lead into game situational shots. A workout analysis is provided after the session. Also included, is our custom built homework plan dedicated to building strong shooting habits to take your game to the next level. This teaches you how to practice smart and utilize your time wisely when you practice.

SMALL GROUP
​(2-8 Athletes)

This 60 minute session will consist of skill development in a high competitive environment. Developing the athlete individually is highly important, but learning and understanding the game is most important. In these small group sessions there will be a great mix of both, sharpening individual skills while focusing on the little details of the team game that will benefit each athlete on the court.

shooting clinic
​(5+ athletes)

This 90 minute session is meant to breakdown efficient form and footwork. All drills lead into Game Situational looks. By the end of this clinic athletes will understand the basic shooting fundamentals and correct shooting rhythm. Our balance/footwork drills and off ball shooting actions allow this clinic to be a must for any athlete looking to make more shots efficiently.
